It is the intent of InterLnX to only partner with like-minded companies who share our commitment to excellence. Continual adherence to these principles is a requirement to maintain status as a supplier to InterLnX, Incorporated. Failure to comply with this code of conduct may result is termination of supplier status and cancellation of open orders.

1. Suppliers to InterLnX must continually operate using fair labor practices. This includes following all anti-discrimination laws and regulations in accordance with the United States EEOC.
2. Suppliers to InterLnX, shall strive to promote a workplace environment where all employees, partners, customers, and sub tier suppliers are treated fairly.
3. Suppliers to InterLnX must continually demonstrate honesty and integrity in all business operations.
4. Suppliers to InterLnx must demonstrate a commitment to environmental sustainability.
5. Suppliers to InterLnX shall provide products that are operationally safe. Furthermore, suppliers shall commit to providing products and services that promote safety in the entire value stream.
6. Suppliers to InterLnx shall be fully committed to complete operational excellence and continual improvement in every area of their business.
