Quality Objectives
1. Provide the customer with quality products that meet or exceed their requirements.
Measurable Goal: Conforming product shipped ≥ 99.90% of the time.
2. Deliver the customer’s products when they request them.
Measurable Goal: Shipments delivered on time ≥ 99.00% of the time.
3. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Measurable Goal: No more than 1 negative feedback submitted for every 30,000 units shipped.

Supplier Quality

Quality Assurance Provisions
Quality Assurance Provisions are the principle method for communication acceptance criteria and purchase quality characteristics for a given InterLnX Purchase Order. Suppliers are required to review and adhere to all QAPs specified on any issued orders.

InterLnX strives to maintain a workplace environment that promotes honesty, integrity, and respect. We expect all suppliers to strive for the same excellence.
To become a preferred supplier to InterLnX, a member of Top Management from the respective supplier must sign and accept this policy as an indication of their organization’s continual commitment the Supplier Code of Conduct.
