We are experts in specialty stocking programs such as JIT and 2 or 3 Bin KanBan Systems, and we have helped many of our customers transition into a supply chain model based around these principles.

Utilizing a 6S system and KanBan procurement methodologies our manufacturing operations follow a clean, logical and simple flow. Utilizing Managerial Gemba Walks and department-wide Kaizen events, Continuous Improvement is at the forefront of all business decisions.
